These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from KenPenz Auto Shop. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. If you have questions, please contact us before proceeding.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the KenPenz Auto Shop website (www.kenpenzautoshop.com) and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Accuracy
We sell automotive spare parts including headlamps, taillamps, cornerlamps, lubricants, additives, and body parts for Japanese and European vehicles. While we make every effort to display product information accurately (images, descriptions, pricing, compatibility), we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. If you discover an error, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
3. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order through our website, our team will review it and contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery details. Payment is accepted via cash on delivery, bank transfer, and mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money). Prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are subject to change without notice. An order is not confirmed until we reach out to you.
4. Delivery & Installation
We deliver within Kampala and ship countrywide across Uganda. Delivery timelines and costs will be communicated when we confirm your order. Installation services are available for applicable products and will be scheduled after delivery. KenPenz Auto Shop is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, road conditions, etc.).
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the part is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Parts that have been installed, damaged by the customer, or are electrical components that have been tested are not eligible for return. If you receive a wrong or defective part, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Warranties
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Warranty terms for each product are specified on the product page. Warranties cover manufacturing defects only and do not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To claim a warranty, provide your order number and a description of the issue.
7. Limitation of Liability
KenPenz Auto Shop's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including vehicle damage from improper installation, loss of use, or business interruption. It is the customer's responsibility to verify part compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, year) to ensure correct part fitment. You are responsible for verifying that the part ordered is compatible with your vehicle. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and our team will assist you. Parts should be installed by a qualified mechanic unless otherwise stated.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the KenPenz Auto Shop name, logo, product images, text, and design — is our property or used under license and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes through direct communication. If we cannot reach a resolution, the matter will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Republic of Uganda. Please contact us first — we are committed to finding a fair solution.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of our website and services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
